Astronomy Society of Japan Meeting
Schedule Summary
The Astronomical Society of Japan (ASJ) will hold the Autumn Annual Meeting at Konan University on the 9th -11th of September, 2015. The Japan SKA consortium (SKAJP) will organize a plenary session and a parallel session during the meeting. SKAJP will also hold some SKAJP mini workshops.
Sep. 7-8: SKAJP EoR/Cosmology/HI mini workshop @ Kobe Kyouiku Kaikan
Sep. 10: SKAJP Engineering mini workshop @ Konan University
Sep. 11: SKAJP sessions in the ASJ meeting @ Konan University
Sep. 12: SKAJP Pulsars/Transients/Engineering mini workshop @ Kobe Kyouiku Kaikan
Sep. 17-19: SKAJP Magnetism mini workshop @ Kagoshima University
The objective of these conferences is to allow various communities in Japan to obtain the latest information related to the SKA project and to discuss the possibility of Japanese participation in the SKA project.
A plenary session in the ASJ meeting
The ASJ all-hand plenary session for the SKA project will be held in room G on the 11th of September. There will be normally 100-150 ASJ members, including graduate students, postdocs, and staff.

A parallel session in the ASJ meeting
The ASJ parallel session for the SKA project will be held in room G on the 11th of September. There will be normally 30-50 ASJ members, including graduate students, postdocs, and staff.
